Our Services are supported by a team of experienced media strategists who provide oversight and guidance.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STARFOREST'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID STARFOREST, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starforest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
